About Cathy

    I am a National Academy of Sports Medicine-certified Personal Trainer, and hold a second certification through the American Aerobic  Association International/International Sports Medicine Association.   I’ve been training clients in the Chadds Ford, PA and Wilmington/Hockessin DE area for eight years.  For thirteen years I was a television news reporter, and have competed in four figure competions…my latest at age 48.   Whether you are an athlete, a weekend warrior, or a “newbie” in the gym….I can help you achieve your health goals.

    As a mother of two teenage boys, I know the challenges of getting fit, staying fit, and living healthy.   I know and respect the challenge of regaining your body after pregnancy.  I understand the challenges to fixing healthy meals and juggling the responsibilities of motherhood.   I know the struggle in finding time to exercise.   My true passion is in helping others find balance in their life…through exercise and eating right.

  You deserve to live a life with energy, vigor, passion and enthusiasm.  Living your fit life is living a life full of possibility and adventure!
